Restoran LOON SING SDN BHD





     The chef of Loon Sing Restaurant, Sia Say Tee, started learning cooking from his father ever since he was 10. He decided to left his hometown and worked in Singapore since he wished to gain better skills and knowledge in cooking.  He started off by learning Cantonese food, then later switched to some Dim Sun making skills. After Cheft Sia had mastered his skills in cooking, he returned to Bukit Pelandok in order to help his father-in-law in the restaurant business. It was when he started his new cooking life there.



     Chef Sia later on started his own restaurant and focused on Fuzhou food. He even traveled 20 kilometers away to Seremban to get raw materials everyday, so that the customers can enjoy the food with best quality. Loon Sing restaurant grew more and more famous gradually. Nowadays, Loon Sing only focus on reserved order in order to maintain the quality of their food.



     Even after 40 years involved in cooking, Chef Sia never felt tired but keep his efforts in learning new recipe and knowledge in cooking. He sets competition as the chance for him to upgrade himself, and at the same time achieve what he was always searching for.



     Loon Sing Restaurant will continue its efforts on bringing the best and most traditional Foozhou food to their customers. You won't want to miss their abalone and scallop dish that is tempting.
